Client Manager (Accounting Practice) Progression

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team and take the next step in their career. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and delivering compliance and advisory services to a large portfolio of clients across tax, audit, and accounting queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for clients and deliver high-quality services
  • Lead, train, and mentor a small team to ensure delivery of high-quality work
  • Monthly management meeting to improve operational processes

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • General accountancy practice and up to date technical accounting understanding
  • People management and leadership experience
