Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, writing and monitoring technical reports, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ground investigation projects and lead a team of engineers
- Develop and implement technical solutions to complex geotechnical problems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Mentor and develop junior staff to achieve their full potential
- Multiple years' experience in a ground investigation environment
- Degree, ideally MSc in Geotechnical Engineering
- Chartership is preferred but not required
