Salary: £26,000 per annum (on target earnings) - base salary £21,674.74 per annum plus service charge, typically circa £600 per month.

Job Overview:

The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Manage guest orders, including special requests and dietary needs, using our point-of-sales system.
  • Transport food and beverages to guest tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Properly close guest checks, process payments, and settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
  • Participate in the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of tables, buffets, and food stations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is desirable, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Good English language and communication skills are essential.
