About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing onsite support to our clients, executing major infrastructure projects, and presenting as a main technical escalation point.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients onsite with technical escalations and project work
  • Executing 3rd Line day-to-day duties, including maintenance, upgrades, patches, etc.
  • Presenting as a main technical escalation point
  • Executing major infrastructure projects
  • Working as a team and/or independently to complete major projects
Requirements
