We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of a Multi Skilled Tradesperson.

The successful candidate will service properties across the North West.

You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

A successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
  • Hold a Full Clean Driving Licence
  • NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing

You will be responsible for:

  • Reactive maintenance on existing properties across the North West
  • Driving a company van that is provided
  • Using a PDA system

The candidate would be expected to have skills and knowledge to work in a multi-skilled way which would include the application of other trades. Examples of multi-skilling experience would include, patch plastering, radiator removal, tiling, siliconing, painting, minor plumbing such as removing and refixing a WC.
