Job Title: College Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced College Manager to join our team at The Scottish College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our educational programmes and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support and administrative leadership to our educational charity.
  • Manage the College's administrative systems and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events and programmes, including the management of learning environments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and partner organisations.
  • Contribute to the development of the College's strategic plan and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role or in a related field, with a strong understanding of educational administration and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and location.
  • Knowledge of the education system and support agencies, with an understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
