We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of a leading facilities management organization. This role encompasses a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive building maintenance services, focusing on both preventative and reactive tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance on various building structures.
  • Plumbing Services: Manage plumbing issues including unblocking drains and repairing leaks.
  • Roofing: Address roof leaks and perform regular maintenance on gutters.
  • Brickwork: Execute repairs on brick walls as needed.
  • Flooring: Repair and maintain vinyl and ceramic tiles.
  • External Works: Oversee car park and yard maintenance.
  • Painting and Decorating: Carry out minor painting tasks and touch-ups.
  • Roller Shutter Maintenance: Perform annual preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
