Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Water Industry Project Manager

Job Summary:

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the water industry. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations on MEICA projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations, and delivering projects to time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical installations on MEICA projects to ensure high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations, including the management of site teams and approved specialist sub-contractors.
  • Deliver projects to time, cost, and quality, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage operational assets prior to client hand-over, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • ECS Gold Card.
  • EUSR certification.
