Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Middle Office Clerk to join our finance team at ZIGUP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the one-time creditors account, processing intercompany invoices, and overseeing the consolidated overhead accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the one-time creditors account, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Process intercompany invoices, reconcile accounts, and work with internal departments to ensure smooth invoicing and payment.
- Reconcile invoice data in Excel, ensure compliance with company policies, and handle any related queries.
- Experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions, with a proven ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication, organisational, and Microsoft Excel skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a large, dynamic team, with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
