Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader (Night Shift)

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities after 12 weeks

Gap Personnel, a leading employment agency, is partnering with Newberry International to recruit a skilled Hygiene Team Leader for a night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of factory areas and machinery in accordance with high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any cleaning-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
