Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at WHSmith. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to provide exceptional customer service, meet business objectives, and create a working environment that helps our colleagues to develop and achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other store leaders and the wider business to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering results and improving store performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to drive business growth.
