About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment processes.
  • Work closely with the technology lead to modernize existing sites and products.
  • Ensure seamless integration with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and React.
  • Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional agile team.
