About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and services to effectively engage with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Process customer orders, manage delivery times, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to the success of our branch by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and participating in regular stock counts.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.
