Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional and innovative Art Teacher to join our team at St Peter's Academy. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, achieving excellent results for your students, and instilling in them a love for the subject and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students of various skill levels.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in teaching Art and Design to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Art and Design curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in Art and Design education.
