The Role: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living needs, promoting their well-being, and facilitating their participation in activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Supporting residents in engaging in social activities and outings.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Documenting resident care and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities is preferred but not essential. A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others is crucial. Training will be provided.
