About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at DFDS Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, from receiving and storing to picking and shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and retrieve inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Pick and pack orders to meet customer deadlines
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
