Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client's Lettings Department in Mansfield. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of letting properties in the local area. Your primary duties will include:

  • Effectively liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth property management.
  • Managing maintenance of each property, including coordinating with contractors as needed.
  • Conducting property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the lettings industry.
  • Solid knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Own vehicle and driving license, with a clean driving record.
