We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialty Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our esteemed healthcare team within a Community NHS service. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents in our community.

Applicants must have mastery in the management of a broad range of mental disorders in children, including neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as at least 4 years of full-time postgraduate training (or its equivalent gained on a part-time basis), of which at least 2 years will be in a specialty training programme in a relevant specialty or as a fixed-term specialty trainee or shall have equivalent experience and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry
