About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual to join our team as a Business Admin L3 Apprentice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming materials, deliveries, and customer collections
- Manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and running efficiently
- Monitor and control stock locations, batches, and amendments
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and losses
- Process customer and supplier returns and credits
- Monitor and improve stock accuracy scores and figures
- Scan and process documentation, including purchase orders and stock notes
- Support the purchase of non-steel consumable items
- Manage customer orders and data files, and issue production orders to the factory
- Provide customer service and continuous improvement support
- Support the promotion and improvement of safety and awareness
- Process and dispatch documents to machines
- Check and load NC data

Essential Skills
