About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in East Norfolk (Burgh Castle). As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, providing emotional support and assisting with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
Contract Options

We offer part-time contracts with flexible hours based on availability.

Shift Times

Our services are 24hr care, with shifts spread across mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep ins. You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for sleep ins.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
