About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing teams, and working closely with our partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of accounting and tax services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountancy professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with our partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accountancy practice, with experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
