Job Overview
Sustainable Talent LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction site activities for HV Electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage construction activities, including programme progression, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Administer Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) and ensure safety processes are upheld onsite.
- Oversee and coordinate completions, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
- Manage sub-contractor activities onsite, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
Requirements
- City and Guilds in Electrical engineering or a related field, or relevant knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- SMSTS certification.
- Previous DNO authorisation to take and receive permits.
- Extensive experience working in a Live Open Busbar compound.
- Supervising within a CDM environment for 3+ years.
