About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV Driver to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for removing vehicles from public spaces in an efficient and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act on the instructions of the On Board Civil Enforcement Officer to remove vehicles from public spaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a range of company equipment, including HIABs, to safely and efficiently remove vehicles.
  • Report any damage caused to vehicles during the removal process to the On Board Civil Enforcement Officer.
  • Countersign the On Board Civil Enforcement Officer's vehicle condition forms.
  • Use and maintain company equipment, reporting any breakdowns or irregularities to the management team.
  • Work in accordance with the Quality Assurance systems and procedures within the service.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (HGV2)
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to lift vehicles using a HIAB (training will be provided)

What You Need to Succeed
  • Full UK driving licence (Class 2 HGV)
  • Tachograph card
  • Driver CPC card (DQC)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Ability to work shifts and on own initiative
  • Computer literate
