Job Title: Experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced technical recruitment consultant to join our team. As a technical recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Experience working through the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, ATS / CRM systems, Workday, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM or Vincere.
  • An understanding of the technical job market and trends, as well as the ability to learn quickly about new industries.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
