Job Title: Lead Portfolio Analyst

Join our team as a Lead Portfolio Analyst and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating our Master System of Record Database (SQL) via automated data exchange platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Master System of Record database (MSR)
  • Monitor the processing of outgoing and incoming data exchanges with all suppliers, ensuring adherence to exchange platform specifications
  • Exception handling of automated processes to ensure 100% data exchange correlation between in and out
  • Liaise with Credit Reporting agencies and create monthly Credit Reporting files
  • Reconcile portfolios with servicing partners and engage to resolve any discrepant findings
  • Perform SSMS audits of automated processes to capture and report completion outcomes via SQL Server Reporting Studio dashboards
  • Create and publish reports using SSMS, SSRS, and Power BI, inclusive of KPI metrics, trend analysis, and over/under performance
  • Assist the business with provision of data reports from the MSR as and when required
  • Support Group finance in the transference of recovered collections and process of accurately invoicing Group for our services and passthrough costs

Requirements:

  • Background in Debt collection or similar industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of SQL Server software (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Full understanding of SQL data referential and database design/infrastructure
  • Usage of Power BI reporting
  • Working experience using Microsoft office software Excel
  • Proven experience in a data-centric environment
  • Experience of working cross-functionally with all management levels
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet targets in a fast-paced and conflicting priorities environment
