About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Attend handover for new projects with relevant estimator.
  • Engage with design team to organize design works and input of information from site visits and surveys.
  • Carry out basic design works, auto-cad drawings, and coordination.
  • Manage project from start to finish, including site attendance and attendance at commissioning stage.
  • Procure all materials and services.
  • Organize labour, either requests to office for ACVRs own labour or organizing sub-contractor labour.
  • Cost control of project and management of valuations and cash flow.
  • Attend weekend/out of hours works if applicable and crane/lifting operations.
  • Provide necessary information for O&M Manuals and responsible for keeping design/as fitted changes for purposes of the As Fitted Drawings.
  • Systems and working practices set up.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and standardization of project management practices. Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including mechanical engineers, technicians, and contractors. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
