Job Title: Recovery Nurse / Staff Nurse in IVF

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Nurse / Staff Nurse to join our team at Lister Fertility Clinic @ The Portland Hospital. As a key member of our IVF team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clinic and providing exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the Sisters and Senior Staff Nurses to ensure the efficient running of the clinic
  2. Assisting couples undergoing fertility treatments, including egg collection and embryo transfers
  3. Implementing and monitoring patient treatment cycles, maintaining the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care
  4. Working in recovery and theatre, looking after patients pre and post-procedures
  5. Assisting within the clinic when procedures are not taking place, maintaining the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. NMC registration
  2. Experience in an IVF setting (desirable)
  3. Evidence of professional update
  4. An understanding of the HFEA code of practice
