Job Overview

Nigel Wright Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing firm. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business change and improvements, working closely with senior stakeholders, managers, and budget holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing performance frameworks across the business, focusing on multi-functional collaboration to drive strategy, operational performance, and improvement plans.
  • Supporting the wider business on change programmes, ensuring clear outcomes and continuous improvement plans.
  • Working with the Sales and Operations function, supporting the Finance Director in integration activities and acting as a conduit into the core finance team.
  • Engaging cross-functionally with Senior Stakeholders, Managers, and Budget Holders to drive business change and improvements.
  • Challenging and due diligence on new business activity to enable approval of pricing proposals and delivery of the business strategy.
  • Providing support to Operations Directors and Senior Managers to drive performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of long-term complex programmes/projects

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing company and/or large PLC environment
  • Experience in establishing and driving programme performance through integrated teams
