About Our Nursery

Our nursery is a unique and exceptional learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. • Providing sensitive care and support, including nappy changing, feeding, and sleep routines.
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Observing and assessing babies' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with babies and young children.
  • A deep understanding of child development in the early years.
  • A patient, nurturing, and sensitive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
  • A calm and positive demeanor with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour (£25,480 per annum), opportunities for professional development and training, a supportive and collaborative working environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
