Compensation: £13.55 per hour, in addition to £60 per sleep-in - paid weekly

Overview of the Position:
The primary objective of this role is to assist young individuals in a residential environment who face emotional and behavioral difficulties. As a member of the children's support team, you will be committed to making a positive difference in a child's life, aiming for optimal outcomes for those in your care.

Qualifications for a Youth Residential Care Assistant:
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience working with children and young people
