Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care in our care homes. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the delivery of care services and ensure that all care standards are met.
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager and ensure that the care home runs smoothly.
  • Monitor and audit care standards to ensure that they are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure that they are working effectively to deliver high-quality care.
