Rapid Response Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.
The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help our service users regain their independence and confidence in day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes
- Attending calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals

- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide high-quality care and support to service users
