About the Company: G.Digital has partnered with a Global Organisation to find a Salesforce Business Analyst. This role will play a key part in ensuring the maintenance, configuration of their Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Ensure the Salesforce Platform is properly configured and maintained to meet the organisation's commercial needs.
  • Workflow Automation: Automate business processes using Salesforce's workflow features.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and migrate data to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Salesforce Rollout: Roll out Salesforce to wider business units to drive commercial growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: End-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its product suite (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud essential).
    • Commerce Cloud experience is desirable.
