VAT Manager

Pro-Tax Recruitment is seeking an experienced VAT Manager or Assistant VAT Manager to join a well-established Top 10 Accountancy firm in Leeds City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK VAT advisory and a proven track record of working with a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide VAT advisory services to privately owned businesses and multinational companies
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the firm and deal directly with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Manage a portfolio of VAT clients and provide regular updates on VAT compliance and advisory matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- UK VAT advisory experience working with a varied client base
- CTA / ATT / ACA / ACCA (or qualified by experience)
- Portfolio management experience
- Knowledge and experience dealing with HMRC
