Sentinel is a leading tech recruitment agency, partnering with top brands like PlayStation, Apple, DeBeers, and Deliveroo to find game-changing IT talent. With offices in the UK, Prague, Zurich, and the US, we offer a dynamic and international work environment.

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our client-facing consultants by sourcing exceptional talent for mid-to-senior level positions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing our internal CRM, job boards, email, cold calling, and social media to source top talent.
  • Performing thorough screening calls and interviews to build rapport with prospective candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with our client-facing consultants based in the UK.
  • Completing day-to-day administration tasks to a high level.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Driven to work in an international environment.
  • Strong in verbal and written communication skills and conversational ability in English.
  • Methodical and organized, with a strong work ethic.
  • Money motivated or has a strong intrinsic work ethic.

We offer a competitive base salary, commission paid monthly, and additional bonuses. You'll also enjoy flexible working hours, a hybrid pattern of 2 days per week from home, and a transparent career framework that can see you develop into a team leadership or management position.
