Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Jones Bootmaker. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
