Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join their financial services client.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, development, and operation of Oracle databases, including troubleshooting, 3rd line support, and performance testing.

  1. Development – your main responsibility will be to add resources to the existing development team in the coding of new applications and in maintaining existing products.
  2. Testing – a key responsibility will be to create and conduct an application testing program to improve the prototype products generated by the development team.
  3. You will be required to liaise with stakeholders and work in a small Agile team.
  4. 5+ years' experience with Oracle – PL/SQL development, ideally covering 12c.
  5. Database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
  6. Understanding of Asset Management/Investment management.
  7. AWS.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience with database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
