We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of our mental health services and providing clinical/management supervision to registered/non-registered staff.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a responsive, high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers within the clinical environment.
- Maintain compliance with key performance indicators.
- Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust.
- Provide professional governance and leadership within your area.
- Deputise for the Service Manager as required.
- Hold a client caseload/assist with complex cases.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent.
- Current professional registration.
- Ongoing professional development working towards degree level.
- Post-basic teaching Qualification/Supervision training.
- ILM certificate in management or equivalent.
- Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical/therapeutic practice.
We would also like to hear from individuals with the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management.
- Evidence of leading service development within a mental health setting.
- Collaborative working between services and working in partnership with statutory and voluntary services.
