Cruise Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Sales Consultant to join our award-winning travel company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling worldwide cruises to new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and continuously improving your destination knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell worldwide cruises to new and existing customers
  • Deal with customer enquiries over the phone
  • Provide an excellent customer service
  • Continuously improve destination knowledge
Requirements:
  • Customer focused with a passion for helping clients
  • Previous sales experience gained in a similar call centre environment or retail travel
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Self motivated, highly ambitious, goal orientated and able to work as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of up to 25K for your first 6 months
  • Average commission of 2K-5K per month
  • Hours worked on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends

This role would suit an experienced Travel Consultant, Retail Travel Consultant, Travel Adviser or Cruise Consultant, but also this would suit someone interested in a career in travel, with sales, retail or customer service experience.
