Our company is built on a strong foundation of Agile software engineering best practices and processes, and we are now seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Cash Tribe team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team as a Technical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Cash Tribe team, comprising five Agile Squads, to deliver a range of debt management and credit checking solutions using cloud technologies. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining software engineering best practices, building an inclusive and diverse culture, and developing others to succeed and progress their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Cash Tribe team, comprising five Agile Squads, to deliver high-quality software solutions using cloud technologies.
  2. Establish and maintain software engineering best practices and processes, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  3. Build and maintain an inclusive and diverse team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  4. Develop and mentor team members to improve their skills and advance their careers.
  5. Provide line management to Engineering Managers and Team Leads, including 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in leading high-performing Agile software engineering teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  3. Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud technologies and software engineering best practices.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Experience in developing and mentoring team members to improve their skills and advance their careers.
