About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, providing tax planning and advisory services, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax planning and advisory services to ensure optimal tax outcomes.
- Prepare and review income tax computations, personal tax returns, and other tax-related documents.
- Handle various tax returns, including P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Review statutory accounts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managing the compliance process and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in training junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Hold a CTA or ACA qualification, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- At least 3 years' experience in tax practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
