Job Title: Locum Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our hospital pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation, drug chat screening, and offering advice to patients on the wards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation and drug chat screening
  • Offer advice to patients on the wards
  • Assist with checking and dispensing medications in the inpatient and outpatient dispensary
  • Work collaboratively with the ward teams and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and policies
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
