What to anticipate:
£40,000 - £50,000
20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

This role is office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting suitability reports, including the preparation of illustrations and application documentation.
2. Ensuring that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to compliance standards.
3. Conducting fund switches and rebalances accurately and within the designated company timelines.
4. Sending letters of authority and collecting precise information.
5. Inputting and maintaining accurate client records on the back-office system, platform, and other IT systems.
6. Preparing client review packages, including valuations and supporting documentation.
7. Recording and, where necessary, implementing agreed actions in collaboration with the Financial Adviser.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Completion of a Diploma in Paraplanning (DipPP) or (DipPFS) for advisors transitioning into a Paraplanner role.
2. Prior experience in Paraplanning within a financial services environment.
3. Familiarity with online financial platforms.
4. Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations.
5. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and Word.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
