We specialize in delivering comprehensive M&E building services maintenance across various sectors including corporate, healthcare, education, retail, transport, and manufacturing throughout the UK.

Position Overview:
As a Field-Based Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on a mobile basis. This role involves working Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
You will carry out maintenance and breakdown services on M&E equipment for our diverse client portfolio. Your duties will include:

Electrical Tasks:
  • Conducting emergency light tests and fire alarm inspections.
  • Maintaining lighting systems, ballasts, UPS, and BMS.
  • Performing first and second fix installations on lighting systems.

Mechanical Tasks:
  • Servicing and repairing mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, basic plumbing, and heating systems.
  • Conducting water temperature checks and ensuring optimal performance of heating systems.
  • Traveling up to 30 minutes each way for job assignments.
