Electronics Systems Specialist

MBDA Missile Systems is seeking a skilled Electronics Systems Specialist to join our team in Stevenage. As a key member of our EW Group, you will be responsible for the physical integration and functional operation of RF Electronic Support/Attack payloads. Your expertise in system design engineering, supplier management, and technical expertise will be essential in supporting our activities on relevant WS and missile programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system verification and validation
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of components
  • Develop and maintain RF performance models to optimize system performance
  • Oversee the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing and qualification testing
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design, and implementation
  • Knowledge and experience of Integrated Air Defence Systems
  • Proficient in SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody
  • Experience in development and use of RF performance models
  • DV clearance
