About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our Options Autism School in Epsom, Surrey. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions that promote learning and participation
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status/Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills
  • Experience in teaching English and Maths at a good or outstanding level
  • Ability to work with students with ASC and Complex Needs
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A welcome bonus of £1000 (£500 when you join and £500 after passing final probation)
  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with term-time only
  • A permanent contract
