We are seeking a visionary leader to guide our Issues Affecting Women Programme. Reporting to the lead Trustees, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the program's strategic direction. This includes overseeing a USD 32 million grant portfolio, nurturing a team of diverse professionals, and fostering impactful collaborations within the field.
Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in social justice advocacy, with a deep understanding of women's rights issues and relevant networks.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in international settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively represent the Issues Affecting Women Programme and Oak Foundation to a wide range of stakeholders.
