About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead our frontend development team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, scalable web applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
    • Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for frontend development.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
    • Implement automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and manage projects from conception to delivery.
    • Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • User Experience
    • Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • Ability to develop software in TypeScript, Python, Rust, or other programming languages.
  • Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise web applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
