About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic Childrenswear team at Next Sourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with in-house design and product teams to create innovative product ideas and present them to stakeholders
  • Manage critical paths and ensure products are designed and delivered on schedule
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth
  • Assist in price and delivery negotiations to ensure competitive offers
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong product development background with good sourcing knowledge. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of trends. Additionally, you will need to be highly personable and engaging, with the ability to present new concepts and suggestions to encourage new sales opportunities.
