Job Title: Night Warehouse Picker
Location: Cullompton, Devon
Working Hours: 6pm - 2:30am
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights
Compensation: £11.44 per hour from 6pm - 9pm & £12.44 per hour from 9pm - 2:30am
Duration: Temporary ongoing

About the Company
A prominent logistics and distribution firm recognized for its dedication to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. They are expanding their workforce and are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely pick and pack orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor and manage inventory and orders.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled and securely packaged for transportation.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently to achieve nightly targets and deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a warehouse picker or in a comparable role is preferred.
- Ability to consistently work night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in picking and packing orders.
- Good physical fitness, capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
